Why is dog so close to us?

Dog and Human Relationship

Ever question why Dogs are so close to human and be the man’s best companion after so many decades? Dogs are highly intelligent animals. This can account for their trainability, playfulness, and ability to fit into human households and social situations. This similarity has earned dogs a unique position in the realm of interspecies relationships.

Cannot be denied that dogs intelligent are highly valued by dog-lover. This intelligent make possible dogs to learn commands. Dogs are employed in various roles across the globe, proving invaluable assets in areas such as search-and-rescue; law enforcement (including attack dogs, sniffer dogs and tracking dogs); guards for livestock and as guiding the blind and acting as a pair of ears for the deaf.

Besides that, the loyalty and devotion that dogs demonstrate as part of their natural instincts as pack animals closely mimics the human idea of love and friendship, leading many dog owners to view their pets as full-fledged family members.

Dogs seem to view their human companions as members of their pack, and make very little distinctions between their owners and fellow dogs.

This is why dog and human are so close!

My Favourite Breed

Didn’t uploaded any blog yesterday as I was suffering from a neck pain. Today I’m back fully energetic! :)

Today, I’m going to share a little with you about one of my favorite breed - Miniature Schnauzer! Yheww…., two patch of mustache and a messy face? Yah… that’s the charm of this little lovely creature.

Well, actually what I like about them is their personality. The typical Miniature Schnauzer’s temperament, as described in the standard, is alert, spirited yet obedient, friendly and intelligent with willingness to please his owner. He will be a loyal companion and is ready to be your best friend!

Here are some history about this breed….

The earliest records surrounding development of the Miniature Schnauzer in Germany come from the late 1800s. They were originally bred to be farm dogs in Germany, to keep the rats and other vermin out of the barn. In the breed’s earliest stages, several small breeds were employed in crosses to bring down the size of the well-established Standard Schnauzer, with the goal of creating a duplicate in miniature.

With their bold courage, the Miniature Schnauzer was originally used for guarding herds, small farms, and families. As time passed, they were also used to hunt rats, because they appeared to have a knack for it, and its small size was perfect to get into tight places to catch them.

Learning About Dogs

Hi! I’m Rachel. This is the first time I have my own blog. I hope this can bring me something new cause it’s the first time I can post my own blog, comments and opinions out to the world. I’ll update my blog as much as I can.

I am a dog lover, are you? I still remember when I was 6 years old, I used to fear dogs. I was chased by 1 of my neighbor’s dog, a German Shepherd, very big and fierce. I run home and cried as loud as I can. Only after that I know that I shouldn’t run when you see a dog, cause they thought you are a bad guy or either you are playing with them.

Few years later, my elder sister brought back mixed-breed dog home, as guardian dog to our old coffee shop. From there on, I started to develop a close bond with dogs, and I do not afraid of them anymore. I learn that they can be my very best friend, they listen to you when you are sad, they are a very good listener and I can feel that they understand our feelings. Maybe that is why some people said dogs are man’s best companion.
