Poor things. There are pets running loose in my neighborhood and it makes me so mad because their owners don’t chain them up. If I hit one of em I will be a mess!

I agree with Chris. When I see this, I can’t help but think of my own pup and how emotional I can become when I see his face…and I’ve become so sensitive to other animals now and their own emotions. I wish we knew what the end result was here as I hope one of these bystanders taking pictures actually helped out.
