Finally, the puppy I’ve been waiting for is big enough for me to bring home. I named him Wallace (after the show Wallace & Gromit, though the dog’s name was Gromit and not Wallace in the show). He is around 6 weeks old now (44 days as of yesterday). He seems a little shy and not willing to follow me home yesterday, maybe he knew that it will be the last time he can spend time with his mother and mates.
But he has no choice cause he’s too little to fight back, and so, I take him away from his mom (how cruel I am….) and drove him home…
He’s a little scared on the journey back, but after I pet him a few times, he seems to be OK and fall asleep fast.
Once back home, he don’t quite get used to it yet and seems a little ‘in-active’. Due to I live in a condo, I have not backyard or garden to potty train him. What I do is, I place the newspaper near his sleeping area, so that he can release it there.
The first time, he pee a little out of the ‘assigned’ area, but still have room to improve since it’s half in and half out of the newspaper. After a little snap (2-3 hours), he woke up and poo on the newspaper! How smart my little Wallace is!
There are a few things you need to prepare before bringing home a puppy. Will share with you the tips in tomorrow’s post! Don’t miss it….!
1. “Oh no.. this place is so new to me, everything is different…., how? What am I going to do? Who will take care of me now??”

2. “Mmmm…, very warm hand…, luckily I found this hand make me feel better.”

3. “Yum-yum.., the finger very good for biting also, feel soooo good…..”

4. “Um…..the thumb feel even better….”

5. “What…, I ain’t suppose to bite on those fingers?”

6. “What’s this..? Chewing bone?”

7. “Yucks! It taste funny…”

8. “I still prefer this finger licking good tumb!! Umm~~~”
